E	Erhard Beck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich glaube das die Angebote im Prospekt nur zum ködern von Kunden taugt. Ich war zweimal im Laden und zweimal waren die gewünschten Angebot nicht verfügbar. Auf Nachfrage habe ich erfahren das zwei stück eines Artikels auf Lager sind. Bin aber belehrt worden das es 2 Stunden dauern kann bis das gewünschte aufgefunden ist. Kundenservice ist was anderes. Dehner ist bei mir durch I believe that the offers in the brochure are only good for luring customers. I went to the store twice and twice the offers I wanted weren't available. On request I found out that two pieces of an item are in stock. But I have been taught that it can take 2 hours to find the desired one. Customer service is different. Dehner is through with me

Die Mitarbeiter bei der Beratung und an der Kasse waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Genügend Parkplatz vorhanden. Nicely designed, bright and open sales areas. Good range of products, beautiful plants to choose from. The staff at the consultation and at the checkout were friendly and helpful. There is enough parking space.

The advice in the zoo department was just perfect not only the specialist knowledge but also the love for the animals is palpable! Will definitely come back. ?

If there is a technical issue with your order, they do not bother to call you to find out what it is about, but rather blame you for scamming the company in a poorly written email. After I called them to find out what was going on, the first thing I heard was how I could still give them money, NOT an apology. The apologies we got didn't seem sincere at all. All this for an order of baby fish food for 12€, which had accidentally been cancelled by the system. I will not order here again.
