★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wollte einen alten Wittmann Sessel neu Tapezieren lassen. Die Mutter hat ein Angebot gemacht. Es war sehr angenehm die Zusammenarbeit. Habe zu dem Angebot Bilder gemacht und nochmals alles besprochene schriftlich festgehalten. Auch einen Fertigstellungstermin dem Angebot ergänzend beigefügt. Es wurde meine Vorgehen von der Tochter des Unternehmens kritisiert, weil ich mündliche Vereinbarungen schriftlich festgehalten habe. Jede Geschäftsbedingungen muss und wird vom Kunden akzeptiert, wieso der Kunden dann keine mündlichen Vereinbarung schriftliche festhalten darf, kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Kein Vertrauen wurde mir vorgehalten. Nach diesem unschönen Erlebnis bin ich gegangen und werde den Auftrag einer anderen Firma geben.
Wanted to have an old Wittmann armchair re-wallpapered. The mother made an offer. It was very pleasant to work with us. I took pictures of the offer and wrote down everything that was discussed. A completion date is also added to the offer. My approach was criticized by the subsidiary of the company because I put verbal agreements into writing. Every terms and conditions must and is accepted by the customer, why the customer is then not allowed to record an oral agreement in writing, I cannot understand. No trust was held against me. After this unpleasant experience, I left and will place the order with another company.
