Leider ist die Chefin mehr wie unhöflich. Kein entgegenkommen und kann gar nicht mit Reklamation oder Kritik umgehen.
Freundlich dürfte ein Fremdwort sein unmöglich so ein verhalten.
Sonnstiges Personal sehr nett und auch hilfsbereit.
Einmal genügt. Gibt auch Geschäffte, wo man als Kunde gern gesehen wird.

Aber zur Richtigstellung es wurde im Geschäfft schon festgestellt das die Decke Mängel hat.
Auch möchte ich sagen, das ihr Verhalten einfach unmöglich war.
So ein Ton der Kundschafft gegenüber ist absolut fehl an Platz. Aber wie auch schon erwähnt ihr Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Und ich muss ja nicht in ihren Geschäft einkaufen.
Gibt auch andere wo man höflich bedient und gern gesehen wird.

Unfortunately the boss is more like rude. No accommodating and can not deal with complaints or criticism.
Friendly should be a foreign word, impossible to behave like that.

Thanks for that.
But to correct it it was already determined in the shop that the ceiling has defects.
I would also like to say that their behavior was simply impossible.
Such a tone of announcement is absolutely out of place. But as already mentioned their staff is very friendly and helpful.
And I don't have to go shopping in their store.
There are also others where you are politely served and welcomed.
