After needing to wait for more than 45 minutes because they were late, the lady was performing extractions on my face and I noticed she was using her phone and not even washing her hands afterwards, horrendous experience. I still have the scars in my face from the horrible skin treatment, not to think about the lack of hygienic standards. Never again.
