★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin total enttäuscht von dieser Praxis, da für ganz jüngere Patienten kein Einfühlungsvermögen besteht! Waren zum 1. Beratungsgespräch da und wurden sofort ohne Beratung abserviert, da mein Junge (8 Jahre) gezeigt hat, dass er noch nicht bereit ist, alleine (ohne Begleitung) zum Zahnarzt zu gehen! Auf meine Frage, was bei einer Kieferdehnung gemacht wird bekam ich keinerlei Auskunft mehr - nur, dass er keine ängstlichen Kinder behandelt - und dafür, dass wir keine Beratung in dem Sinne hatten (was dem kleinen fehlt, weiß ich ja schon von meinem Zahnarzt) dürfen wir noch € 50,- für nichts bezahlen!
I am totally disappointed with this practice, as there is no empathy for very younger patients! Were there for the first consultation and were immediately discarded without consultation, as my boy (8 years old) has shown that he is not yet ready to go to the dentist alone (unaccompanied)! When I asked what is done with a jaw stretching, I got no more information - only that he does not treat anxious children - and that we did not have any advice in this regard (I already know from my dentist what the little one is missing) we are not allowed to pay € 50 for anything!
