★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Sekretärin ist unglaublich unfreundlich, so eine Frau hat es nicht verdient dort zu arbeiten. Den einen Stern gibt's nur weil ich ihn geben muss. Ich gehe kein zweites Mal dort hin.
The secretary is incredibly rude, so a woman does not deserve to work there. The one star is only because I have to give it. I'm not going there a second time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein Hausarzt war leider nicht verfügbar, also wollte ich in der Ordinationsgemeinschaft Kisler/Kuran um einen Termin wegen einem grippalen Infekt bitten. So weit kam ich gar nicht mit sprechen, nach der Frage, wer mein Hausarzt sei, hat mich die Ordinationshilfe gleich unterbrochen und sofort am Telefon abgewiesen "man könne mir nicht helfen, da sie nicht mein Hausarzt sind". So geht man in Melk mit Kranken um, wirklich toll!
My family doctor was unfortunately not available, so I wanted to ask for an appointment with the Kisler / Kuran ordination community because of a flu-like infection. I didn't even get that far, after the question of who my family doctor was, the ordination help interrupted me and immediately refused me on the phone "I couldn't be helped because you are not my family doctor". This is how you treat the sick in Melk, really great!
