S	Stefanie P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war Jahrelang bei Mundwerke und der einzige Grund warum ich nach 10 Jahren immer noch hingegangen bin, war nur die Assistentin (Monika) ! Leider kann ich nicht behaupten, dass sich der Herr Doktor den Patienten annimmt, da er sie überhaupt nicht mal ansieht, geschweige denn selbst was tut. Für einen Termin muss man ewig hinterher rennen dafür, dass man dann auch noch unhöflich empfangen wird. Leider schade was aus Mundwerke geworden ist. I was at Mundwerke for years and the only reason why I still went after 10 years was just the assistant (Monika)! Unfortunately, I can't say that the doctor takes care of the patient because he doesn't even look at them, let alone do something himself. For an appointment you have to run after forever to be greeted rudely. Unfortunately it's a shame what has become of the mouth.

Heute bin ich allerdings enttäuscht, dass ich trotz freiliegendem Draht (Retainer) der das Essen massiv beeinträchtigt und in die Zunge sticht nicht einen kurzfristigen Termin für 2 Klebestellen bekommen kann. Das würde 5 Minuten dauern. Da hat man ein bisschen den Eindruck, dass man einer Ordination nicht mehr besonders wichtig ist, sobald die Hauptbehandlung beendet ist. Back then (several years ago) I felt that I was in good hands at the regular check-ups. Today, however, I am disappointed that, despite the exposed wire (retainer) which has a massive impact on the food and sticks into the tongue, I cannot get a short-term appointment for 2 adhesive points. That would take 5 minutes. You get a bit of the impression that you are no longer particularly important to an ordination as soon as the main treatment is over.
