Trotz Termin durfte ich eine geschlagene Stunde im Warteraum sitzen und anschließend wurde ich im Schnelldurchlauf abgefertigt. Auch seine Abrechnungen scheint der Herr Anwalt nicht ganz im Griff zu haben. Ich bekam 3Jahre später einen netten Brief vom Bezirksgericht zugesandt. Er klagte sein Honorar gleich mal ein anstatt mir einfach eine Rechnung zu senden. Laut seiner Aussage konnte er mich nicht erreichen. Eine Mail hätte eigentlich vollkommen genügt. Ich ging nach Abschluss meines Falles davon aus, meine Versicherung hätte sein Honorar bereits bezahlt und war daher sehr erstaunt über seine Vorgehensweise. Ich würde diese Kanzlei somit niemandem weiterempfehlen! I can only wonder about 5 star ratings. In my opinion, rather prepotent! Despite the appointment, I was allowed to sit in the waiting room for a full hour and then I was processed in a fast run. The lawyer doesn't seem to have his accounts completely under control either. 3 years later I got a nice letter from the district court. He sued for his fee right away instead of just sending me an invoice. According to what he said, he couldn't reach me. An email would have been more than enough. After my case was closed, I assumed that my insurance company had already paid his fee and was therefore very astonished at his approach. I would therefore not recommend this law firm to anyone!
