Ich musste ein paar mal einen termin absagen, weil ich alleinerziehende mutter bin und keinen hab der mich unterstützt und mir die kinder abnimmt. und mir auch das geld für die mundhygiene fehlte damals, weil der vater der kinder auf einmal die alimente nicht mehr bezahlte. Was darauf folgte war, dass er sagte, dass er menschen wie mich in seine Praxis nicht benötigt und ich nicht mehr kommen darf weil er eh genug patienten hat. Dies hat mich persönlich sehr verletzt weil ich für meine Umstände nichts kann. Aber anscheinend zählt hier nur, dass patienten so viel geld wie möglich einbringen. Obwohl ich meine situation erklärt hab und mich entschuldigte, legte er am telefon einfach auf. a good doctor in itself. Humanly, however, a disaster. I had to cancel an appointment a couple of times because I am a single mother and I have no one to support me and take the children off me. and i also lacked the money for oral hygiene because the father of the children suddenly stopped paying the alimony. What followed was that he said that he didn't need people like me in his practice and I wasn't allowed to come because he had enough patients anyway. This personally hurt me a lot because I can't do anything about my circumstances. But apparently the only thing that counts here is that patients bring in as much money as possible. Although I explained my situation and apologized, he simply hung up on the phone.

Er macht seine Sache sehr gut, sehr kompetent und einfühlsam, bin schon seit Beginn dort, ich bin sehr zufrieden und würde ihn weiterempfehlen. Very good dentist, always with a friendly smile ready to greet me, which is so calming for me. Sollte es sich doch einmal um einen besonders außergwöhnlichen Fall handeln, scheut Herr DDr. Kölblinger auch nicht davor zurück zu einem spezialisierten Kollegen zu überweisen. Mein Gefühl ist, dass es hier immer um die beste Lösung für den Patienten bzw. dessen Zähne geht. Wer bisher noch nicht 'den Zahnarzt seines Vertrauens' gefunden hat, dem kann ich diese Zahnarztpraxis nur empfehlen. Vielen Dank! I have Mr. DDr. Kölblinger and his team are perceived as very friendly and competent at every appointment. Should it ever be a particularly unusual case, Mr. DDr. Kölblinger not even before transferring them back to a specialized colleague. My feeling is that this is always about the best solution for the patient or his teeth. I can only recommend this dental practice to anyone who has not yet found 'the dentist they can trust'. Fühle mich sehr wohl dort. very friendly and competent. Great team. As a pain patient, I was always able to get an appointment the same day. I feel very comfortable there.
