D	Daniela Stückler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war immer sehr zufrieden mit der Behandlung bei Frau Dr. Lackenbucher und mein Sohn und ich waren auch schon bei ihr als sie noch keinen Kassenvertrag hatte. Das sind mittlerweile ca. 10 Jahre. Jetzt bin ich jedoch sehr enttäuscht, da ich gestern angerufen habe und um einen Termin gebeten habe. Ich sollte heute zurückrufen und mir wurde dann gesagt, dass es für mich keinen Termin gibt, da ich scheinbar dreimal nicht gekommen bin. Ich sage meine Termine jedoch immer ab wenn es wirklich nicht geht... Von dreimal weiß ich nichts, ich weiß auch nicht über welchen Zeitraum gesprochen wurde, aber meinen letzten Termin habe ich wirklich nicht wahrgenommen, was daran lag, dass ich als corona Verdachtsfall eingestuft war und das Haus nicht verlassen durfte, was ich am gleichen Tag erfahren habe. Ich hätte jetzt auch nicht einfach nur einen Kontrolltermin gebraucht, sondern mir ist ein Teil von einem Zahn rausgebrochen und die Kanten sind so scharf, dass es schon sehr weh tut. Auch beim Raufbeißen habe ich Schmerzen. Ich muss sagen, dass ich wirklich fertig bin, da es total schwierig ist, bei einem neuen Zahnarzt einen Termin zu bekommen. I was always very satisfied with the treatment with Dr. Lackenbucher and my son and I were already with her when she didn't have a health insurance contract. That has been around 10 years now. Now, however, I am very disappointed since I called yesterday and asked for an appointment. I was supposed to call back today and was told that there was no appointment for me as I apparently did not come three times. However, I always cancel my appointments when it really doesn't work ... I don't know anything about three times, I also don't know what period of time was spoken, but I really didn't keep my last appointment, which was because I was a suspected corona case was classified and was not allowed to leave the house, which I found out on the same day. I would not have just needed a check-up appointment, but part of a tooth broke out and the edges are so sharp that it hurts a lot. I also have pain when biting. I have to say that I am really exhausted as it is totally difficult to get an appointment with a new dentist.
