Ich gehe wohl nicht überglücklich hin "bin ein Angsthase" aber Schmerzen nach der Behandlung hatte ich jetzt noch nie!!!! I've been to her twice now! Your team is totally nice like yourself. I probably don't go there overjoyed "I'm a scaredy bunny" but I've never had pain after the treatment !!!!

Ich hab einmal in Mai 2021 den Termin für eine Behandlung nicht absagen können, weil ich die Ordination nicht erreichen konnte (Sprachbox). Da ich in der Arbeit war, konnte ich nicht ständig anrufen. Daraufhin habe ich paar Tage später eine RECHNUNG von Inkasso mit einem Betrag von 468 Euro erhalten, weil ich den Termin versäumt habe. Diese Summe entstand laut der Ärztin durch zwei Terminabsäumungen: 1x in Dezember 2020 und 1x in Mai 2021. Das ist doch ein Witz oder? Ich wurde nicht mal in Dezember darauf hingewiesen, dass ich dann beim nächsten Mal dafür zahlen muss!!! Also passt lieber auf bei der Ärztin, man kriegt auch als Stammkundin schnell solche Rechnungen (sie zeigen natürlich 0 Verständnis, ich war sogar bereit für die verpasste Behandlung (150Euro) zu zahlen, aber nein, 0 Verständnis! I liked going there in the past, but never again now! Once in May 2021 I was unable to cancel the appointment for a treatment because I couldn't reach the ordination (voicemail box). Since I was at work, I couldn't keep calling. Then a few days later I received an INVOICE from debt collection with an amount of 468 euros because I missed the appointment. According to the doctor, this amount was due to two missed appointments: 1x in December 2020 and 1x in May 2021. That's a joke, isn't it? I wasn't even advised in December that I would have to pay for it next time !!! So you better watch out with the doctor, as a regular customer you quickly get such bills (of course they show 0 understanding, I was even willing to pay for the missed treatment (150 euros), but no, 0 understanding!
I	Idk Idk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ACHTUNG!!! Sehr schlechte Zahnärztin, ein Stern zu viel! Bin mal zu ihr hingegangen nur um meine Zähne untersuchen zu lassen. Daraufhin hat sie bei mir eine Wurzelbehandlung vorgenommen, die nicht unbedingt notwendig war, (habe mir auch die Meinung von einem anderen Zahnarzt geholt) ohne mich richtig über jegliche Konsequenzen aufzuklären. Als Folge habe ich jetzt einen offenen Zahn, den man nicht füllen kann und ich brauche eine Zahnkrone (ca. 800€) für dich selber aufkommen muss. Für eine Wurzelbehandlung die normalerweise in 4 Sitzungen fertig sein sollte, musste ich mindestens 9 - 10 mal zu ihr hin. Trotz Termin waren die Wartezeiten jedes Mal bis zu VIER STUNDEN. Abgesehen davon ist ihr Umgang mit ihren Assistentinnen schrecklich. Meine Schwester hat einmal einen Termin im Juli 2021 nicht wahrnehmen können, da sie einen dringenden Termin mit ihrem Sohn hatte (Krampfanfall). Daraufhin hat sie Oktober 2021(3MONATE SPÄTER OHNE JEGLiCHE VORWARNUNGEN)eine Rechnung vom Inkasso mit einem Betrag von 360€ erhalten, obwohl sie den Termin abgesagt hat. Absolut 0 Verständnis und nicht empfehlenswert. ATTENTION!!! Very bad dentist, one star too many! I went to her once just to have my teeth checked. Then she performed a root canal treatment on me, which was not absolutely necessary (I also got the opinion of another dentist) without properly informing me about any consequences. As a result, I now have an open tooth that cannot be filled and I need a dental crown (around € 800) to pay for yourself. For a root canal treatment, which should normally be finished in 4 sessions, I had to see her at least 9-10 times. Despite the appointment, the waiting times were up to FOUR HOURS each time. Other than that, her dealings with her assistants are terrible. My sister was once unable to keep an appointment in July 2021 because she had an urgent appointment with her son (seizure). As a result, in October 2021 (3 MONTHS LATER WITHOUT ANY WARNING) she received an invoice from debt collection with an amount of € 360, although she canceled the appointment. Absolutely 0 understanding and not recommended.

Vielleicht hätte ich Glück aber kann die negativen Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Wartezeit ok. Schmerzen während der Behandlung gleich null. Einzig die Corona bedingten Einschränkungen nervten. (Warten im freien/Stiegenhaus) Visited in the emergency service. Treated quite friendly and without any further problems. Maybe I would be lucky but can't understand the negative reviews. Wait ok. Zero pain during treatment. Only the restrictions caused by the corona were annoying. (Waiting outside / stairwell)

Alla Aigner ist eine sehr professionell Zahnärztin die sich Zeit nimmt und auch jeden Patientenwunsch eingeht.Sie achtet sehr auf die Hygiene ist eine super Ärztin. Ich kann nur weiter empfehlen. The best dentist in Vienna. Can only recommend it. I can only say positive things about this practice. GDR. Alla Aigner is a very professional dentist who takes her time and takes every patient request into account. She pays great attention to hygiene and is a great doctor. I can only recommend it.

Achtet auf die Hygiene hört sehr gerne zu, ist sehr lieb und hilfsbereit. Ich bin so dankbar das ich diese Ärztin gefunden habe. Ich hatte miese Zahnschmerzen aber die Frau. Doktor hat mich gerettet. Die Atmosphäre ist einfach super. Würde wirklich nur weiter empfehlen I am very excited about this doctor. Such a great doctor could only recommend. Pay attention to hygiene, likes to listen, is very kind and helpful. I am so grateful that I found this doctor. I had a bad toothache but the woman. Doctor saved me. The atmosphere is just great. Would really only recommend it

War war schon 2 Mal da und werde auch in Zukunft hingehen, verstehe die schlechten Bewertungen nicht. Das Team ist auch Hervorragend, freundlich, zuvorkommend und arbeitet effizient. Das einzige was ich bemerkt habe ist, sobald die Frau Doktor viel um die Ohren hat, kommt es so rüber als ob Sie unfreundlich zu ihrem Personal wäre, was aber mit Stress verwechselt werden könnte. Empfehlenswert ? A great dentist who takes her job very seriously and listens to the problems you have. Been there twice and will be going again, don't understand the bad reviews. The team is also excellent, friendly, courteous and work efficiently. The only thing I noticed is that as soon as the doctor has a lot on her plate, it comes across as being rude to her staff, which could be mistaken for stress. Recommended ?
