R	Robert Schmitzer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finger weg, zuerst wartet man ca. 4 Wochen auf Teile, die online verfügbar waren, (aja, ich habe aber einen 3 Euro Gutschein bekommen, wegen dem warten, super oder ? ) dann kommen komplett andere Teile, als man bestellt hat. Sachs wurden bestellt, man bekommt KYB und EOS (die 2te Marke kenne ich nicht einmal ). Man zahlt online die teuren und bekommt nach einem Monat irgendwelche anderen. Das einzige was richtig war, waren die Gummilager ( ich hoffe zumindest, ich habe diese noch nicht ausgepackt) Meiner Meinung nach ist das eher Betrug als gutes Service. Wenn man die Wiener Telefonnummer anruft, wartet man dann in einer deutschen Leitung über 20 Minuten, wo ich dann aufgelegt habe. Man kauft auch auf einer .at Seite und die Ware kommt dann im Endefekt von einem Auto.doc aus Deutschland. Fazit, ich werde das alles zurückschicken und kaufe lieber teurer, die richtigen Teile beim Händler ums Eck... Stay away, first you wait about 4 weeks for parts that were available online (well, I got a 3 Euro voucher because of the wait, great or?) Then completely different parts come from what you ordered. Sachs were ordered, you get KYB and EOS (I don't even know the 2nd brand). You pay the expensive ones online and get any others after a month. The only thing that was correct was the rubber bearings (at least I hope I haven't unpacked them yet). In my opinion, this is more fraud than good service. If you call the Vienna phone number, you wait on a German line for over 20 minutes, where I then hung up. You also buy on an .at page and the goods then come from an Auto.doc in Germany. Conclusion, I will send it all back and would rather buy more expensive, the right parts from the dealer around the corner ...

Nach 16 Tage ist mein Paket in ein GLS Filiale 4km von meinen Wohnung entfernt zugestellt, obwohl ich nach dem 7ten Tag ein Storno email geschrieben habe. Ich habe meinen Paket selbstverständlich nicht abgeholt, weil in der Zwischenzeit habe ich meine Auto schon verkauft. Nach 2 Monate, habe ich noch kein Gelderstattung bekommen, obwohl der Paket schon seit paar Wochen zurück and der Firma zugestellt ist. Heute habe ich eine Gelderstattung Angebot für 50% der ursprünglichen Betrag. Faszit: Finger weg von diese Online-shop. Schlechte Service. Keine Kommunikation. Nicht konform mit den Richtlinien für Online-Shops. Einfach schrecklich. EDIT: Ein Bewertung kann auf PKW-teile.at nur nach Anmeldung der Newsletter abgeben... Das gibts doch nicht. Negative Bewertungen werden da auch nicht Publiziert. Einfach Mafia I have ordered filters and oil for my car from car parts. The delivery time was 2 days. After 16 days, my package is delivered to a GLS branch 4km from my apartment, although I wrote a cancellation email after the 7th day. Of course I didn't pick up my parcel because I've already sold my car in the meantime. After 2 months, I haven't received a refund, even though the package was delivered back to the company a few weeks ago. Today I have a refund offer for 50% of the original amount. Faszit: Stay away from this online shop. Bad service. No communication. Not compliant with online store guidelines. Just awful. EDIT: A rating can only be submitted on PKW-teile.at after registering for the newsletter ... That doesn't exist. Negative reviews are not published there either. Simply mafia
