★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dies ist ein wiederholter Fall von Inkompetenz und mangelnder Kundenorientierung: Ein 250 kg schwerer Herd gilt seit 100 Stunden als "out of control" und daher unauffindbar. Eine Schadensmeldung ist erst 60 Tage nach Verlust meldbar! Für schlechtes Handling von Transportgut wird grundsätzlich der Frachtkunde verantwortlich gemacht. Von sämtlichen von uns je gebuchten Speditionen (ein gutes Dutzend) ist Schenker der wiederholt und weitaus miserabelste Transportdienst, mit dem wir zu tun hatten. Unglaublich und unfassbar, dass dieses Unternehmen bei diesem erbärmlichen Service diese Größe erreicht hat.
This is a repeated case of incompetence and a lack of customer orientation: A 250 kg stove has been considered "out of control" for 100 hours and therefore cannot be found. A damage report can only be reported 60 days after loss! The freight customer is generally held responsible for poor handling of transported goods. Of all the shipping companies we have ever booked (a good dozen), Schenker is the repeated and by far most miserable transport service we have dealt with. Incredible and unbelievable that this company could grow to this size with such pathetic service.
