E	Eine Tirolerin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In der bereitgestellten Badetasche waren Haare eines Vorgängers und die Badeschlappen waren etwas versifft. Im Lagunenbad waren die Armaturen nicht sauber und der Abluftdeckel an der Decke war stark verschmutzt. In der Spa-Dusche roch der Abfluss recht übel und die Terrasse war bei strahlendem Sonnenschein lieblos und nicht sauber. Hygienetechnisch leider versagt ? In the bath bag provided was hair from a previous guest and the slippers were a bit dirty. The fittings in the lagoon pool were not clean and the exhaust cover on the ceiling was very dirty. The drain in the spa shower smelled bad and the terrace was loveless and not clean in bright sunshine. Unfortunately, it failed in terms of hygiene ?
A	Angelika Kristen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr sauber und ordentlich, die angenehme Atmosphäre hat uns in den 3 Stunden ruchtig entspannen lassen. Ein perfekter "Kurzurlaub"! Der Aufenthalt war jeden Cent weet!!!! Very clean and tidy, the pleasant atmosphere made us relax in the 3 hours. A perfect "short break"! The stay was weet every penny !!!!

Besuch dort gewesen (der erste war eine nicht unbedingt gute Ayurveda Massage), Wir sind zu spät gekommen, doch hatten wir noch einen Restzeit von 1h. Es wurde uns lediglich gesagt, der Voucher wurde schon invalidiert und fertig. Die uns zustehende Stunde wurde nicht angeboten. Es scheint, dass dieser Spa keine Kunden benötigt... Very very bad. That would have been my second visit there (the first was a not necessarily good Ayurveda massage). We came too late, but we still had 1 hour left. We were only told that the voucher had already been invalidated and that it was ready. The hour we were entitled to was not offered. It seems that this spa doesn't need customers ...
L	Lisa Trager on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wie immer alles Tiptop Freundliches Personal, Spa Bereich sehr schön eingerichtet. Sauber Obst und Nüsse bzw Schokolade Fondue in sehr guter Qualität. Wir hatte vorab ein Bad mit Cocktail(sehr lecker??) und nach dem Spa eine Rücken Massage. Alles war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Wir kommen bestimmt bald wieder. As always everything was great Friendly staff, spa area very nicely decorated. Clean Fruit and nuts or chocolate fondue in very good quality. We had a bath with cocktail (very tasty () in advance and a back massage after the spa. Everything was to our complete satisfaction. We will definitely be back soon.

Wellness auf jede Art die hier zu erhalten ist , einfach nur traumhaft, dort kann man die Seele Auftanken und durchatmen. Auf wünsche wird freundlich Rücksicht genommen. Das Teehaus ist klasse. Ein Stern Abzug wegen den Preisen die stark gestiegen sind. Gebe allerdings Corona hierfür die schuld. Und kann es durchaus auch irgendwie nachempfinden. Cleanliness top, staff super friendly, cocktails and snacks very tasty. Wellness in every way that can be obtained here, just fantastic, there you can recharge your soul and take a deep breath. Requests are kindly taken into account. The tea house is great. One star deducted because the prices have gone up. However, blame Corona for this. And I can definitely empathize with it in a way.

D	Daniel Egger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edit 19.11: We received a new voucher. Star rating upgraded from 1 to 3. Original Post: It would have been my 3rd time there, though the service was very very bad. We came too late for a reserved slot, that is fault is on us. Though, we still had time (1h) left for our privat spa and at the front desk said they invalidated the voucher already and not even offered that we could use our rest time. They have not even cared offering us another slot as kindness and did not give us the 1h that we payed for. So much is to say: very ignorant service and we hope we do not get any gift voucher again for this spa.
