★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice view around, tidy rooms, breakfast menu was not wide, but I left fully satisfied. Fitness room is realy OK for a traveler, sauna and inside pool gives you relax time if you want.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been here for a wedding. The premises are really nice, especially the view over the river to the castle. Food quality was good. There was a second celebration at the same time, but it didn't really effect us.

Not sure where to start but at the check in the Reception was already overwhelmed with only one poor receptionist havung to handle 10 people at the same time. They charge per person and not per room but you get only one room card which in our case wasn't even working so again we had to wait until the receptionist was free and able to go up to the room with us.
The rooms themselves are basic standard but absolutely not clean. In the room as well as all over the hotel there are spider webs full of insects that didn't just built up over night.
We were there as a big group and AC was not working in most of the rooms.
In General the Hotel was understaffed and not able to coop with the amount of people.
In the Restaurant the service was overwhelmed and we had to run after the service staff for everything we wanted because they would never approach us to ask if anything was needed.
If the Hotel was a 3* Hotel with half the price i would have given it a better rating but for the same price as a group you can stay in a 5* luxury Hotel in an International City like Vienna, Istanbul, Dubai... and not in a dusty wrongly rated 4* in Waidhofen a.d.Ybbs...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very beautiful 4 Star hotel on the Bank of the Ybbs River, a stone's throw away from the town centre. Very friendly welcome and caring staff. Rooms and amenities are great, posh and comfortable. Would highly recommend both for a short business trip or a nice, peaceful holiday in this area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful location and amazing team! The staff went beyond and above our request and do all efforts to accommodate our needs. It was a pleasure to work with them!
There is room for improvement because the waitresses were a bit young and inexperience, there was also not enough employee. We noticed that they removed the food (cheese plate) and drinks on the table while the plates were still full or the glass not empty.
Overall super experience and we will recommend them
