Nachkriegsarchitektur lieblos, vieles wirkt billig und kostet wahrscheinlich auch sehr wenig. Kleiner grüner Innenhofzugang. Well located near Mitte station, low entry hurdle, some interesting people and start-ups. Post-war architecture loveless, much seems cheap and probably costs very little. Small green courtyard access.
S	Siegfried von Gerstorf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An sich ist ja die Idee einer Zwischenutzung eine Gute. Das Packhaus begann auch damit das Gretzl etwas zu beleben und es gab Non Profit Initiativen. Mittlerweile ist es allerdings teuer geworden, auch die Hausregeln sind eher wie in einem Studentenheim, als in einer Arbeitsraumgemeinschaft. Non Profit ist Profit gewichen. Die kurzen, befristeten Mietverträge (auf jewels ein Jahr) sind unangenehm und von Jahr zu Jahr steigt natürlich die Miete. Auch muss man die überwachte Studentenheimathmosphäre mögen, die dort herrscht. Für eine kurze Übergangsphase eine Option, längerfristig wohl eher nichts. In itself, the idea of temporary use is a good one. The packing house also started to revitalize the Gretzl and there were non-profit initiatives. In the meantime, however, it has become expensive, and the house rules are more like those in a dormitory than in a work space community. Non-profit has given way to profit. The short, temporary rental contracts (each lasting one year) are unpleasant and of course the rent increases from year to year. You also have to like the monitored dormitory atmosphere that prevails there. An option for a short transition phase, but probably nothing in the long term.
