★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na ja, immer etwas Licht und Schatten beim Grander. Küche meistens gut, teils sogar sehr gut. Serviceleistung oft durchwachsen. Derzeit ist Herr Kilian wieder vor Ort, ein Lichtblick. Aber ob der von sich selbst noch so viel lernen kann? Der restliche Service bemüht aber leider recht planlos. Wie immer netter Gast-/Loungegarten, Tiefgarage in Wurfweite. Preise für das Gebotene für uns am Anschlag. Die letzte Konkurrenz in Form des unseligen GH Schwan samt arrogantem Pächter E. hat das Handtuch geworfen, mal sehen was Maistro Grander daraus machen kann. Business Lunch am Besuchstag überraschenderweise wie auf der Karte, immerhin. Wir bleiben dran.
 Well, always a bit of light and shadow with the Grander. The kitchen is mostly good, sometimes even very good. Service performance often mixed. Mr. Kilian is currently back on site, a ray of hope. But can he still learn so much from himself? The rest of the service tries, unfortunately, quite haphazardly. As always, nice guest / lounge garden, underground parking within a throw. Prices for what is offered for us at the limit. The last competition in the form of the unfortunate GH Schwan and arrogant tenant E. has thrown in the towel, let's see what Maistro Grander can do with it. Business lunch on the day of the visit surprisingly like on the menu, after all. We stay tuned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sensationelles 5Gang Menü. Gutes Tempo zwischen den Gängen, hervorragende Qualität. Das Überraschungsmenü hat uns alle (6 Personen) vollends überzeugt.
Sensational 5-course menu. Good pace between courses, excellent quality. The surprise menu has us all (6 people) completely convinced.

The food was very good and well presented. I can only recommend! Smoked char, saddle of veal, truffle pasta, cinnamon creme brûlée ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a delightful meal and overall dining experience!!! Lunch ambiance is relaxed, and the interior feels Scandinavian modern. We opted for the vitello tonnato with the very innovative herb sauce followed by the beef with risotto, asparagus and chanterelle and the lamb with polenta and ratatouille - all extremely flavourfully prepared and creatively presented. The service was very attentive and thoughtful with nice personalized touches. Looking forward to many more visits with space for dessert.
