Zum Anfang vorweg gleich mal das ganze passierte leider nicht zum ersten mal.
Wir waren heute als Kunden wiedermal in der Aquaristik, Uhrzeit 16:30, und wollten uns Ć¼ber ein dortiges Angebot von Fischen eine Information einholen was leider wieder mal wie so oft nicht mƶglich ist da sich das Personal mit den gesamten Lebewesen nicht auskennt und absolut kein Aquatistiwissen mitbringt!
Weiters wollten wir Pflanzen kaufen was auch nicht mƶglich war weil die Dame keine Preise wusste und meinte wir solln am Montag wieder kommen!!! Ich fragte dann noch nach dem Namen der Pflanze um sie wo anders zu besorgen... Die Dame schnappte sich planlos ein Buch und suchte..... Dann meinte sie aber ob es dringend sei denn sie mĆ¼sse das ganze Buch durchsuchen und da es jetzt 10 vor 17:00 ist und sie noch anderes zu tun hat und pĆ¼nktlich gehen will Solln wir ebenfalls am Montag wieder kommen! Meine Antwort war dann wenn ie wissen wĆ¼rde was sie da verkauft brƤuchte sie nicht suchen! Antwort... Ich kann nicht alles wissen...
Vor ca einem halben Jahr hatten wir schon mal ein Problem beim Kauf von Fischen und haben darauf die Gebietleitung kontaktiert und gebeten das in der Abteilung dringend Personal arbeiten sollte da Lebewesen eine richtige Haltung verdienen!!! Die Gebietleitung hat uns versprochen sich darum zu kĆ¼mmern! Leider gibt es nach so langer Zeit keine VerƤnderung.
Das traurige ist ja das dort Menschen Tiere verkaufen die null Ahnung Ć¼ber Wasserwerte, Vergesellschaften usw haben.
Was mich besonders nachdenklich stimmt.... Denkt hier einer bei Futterhaus an die Lebewesen?
Denkt einer der GeschƤftsfĆ¼hrung an die Angestellten wie die sich fĆ¼hlen wenn sie auf nichts antworten kƶnnen und den Kunden aus BĆ¼chern vorlesen mĆ¼ssen.... Egal bei welchem Fisch... Egal bei welcher Pflanze.... Die Mitarbeiter selbst sind doch auch arm.
Ich fragte nach einem Marmorbeilbauchfisch und die VerkƤuferin fragte ob wir einen Diskus meinen... Was soll ich nun noch sagen...
Bitte bitte liebes Futterhaus schaut das ihr endlich Fachpersonal einstellt.
Die Tiere und Kunden werden es danke!
Where do I start where do I stop.
To begin with, the whole thing unfortunately did not happen for the first time.
Today we were customers again in the aquaristics, time 4:30 p.m., and wanted to get information about the fish on offer there, which unfortunately, as is so often the case, is not possible because the staff is not familiar with all the creatures and absolutely none bring aquatist knowledge with you!
We also wanted to buy plants, which wasn't possible because the lady didn't know any prices and said we should come back on Monday!!! I then asked for the name of the plant to get it somewhere else... The lady haphazardly grabbed a book and searched... Then she said if it was urgent, unless she had to search through the whole book and there it was now it's 10 to 17:00 and she has other things to do and wants to leave on time should we come back on Monday too! My answer was that if you knew what you were selling, you wouldn't have to look for it! Answer... I can't know everything...
About half a year ago we had a problem when buying fish and contacted the area management and asked that staff should work in the department urgently because living beings deserve the right attitude!!! The area management promised us to take care of it! Unfortunately there is no change after such a long time.
The sad thing is that people sell animals there who have no idea about water values, socialization, etc.
What makes me particularly thoughtful.... Does anyone here think of the creatures at the feeding house?
Does one of the management think of the employees, how they feel when they can't answer anything and have to read books to the customers.... It doesn't matter what fish... It doesn't matter what plant.... The employees themselves are poor too .
I asked for a marble hatchet fish and the saleswoman asked if we meant a discus... What more can I say...
Please please dear feed house see that you are finally hiring specialist staff.
The animals and customers will thank you!
