Kaufen schon länger unser Katzenfutter beim Futterhaus! Gab nie Probleme!
Doch dieses mal war meine Frau ohne mich dort sondern mit einer Freundin die mongolische Wurzeln hat. An der Kasse, bevor meine Frau zahlen konnte, hieß es auf einmal zu unserer Freundin sie soll Ihre Taschen & Rucksack herzeigen und danach musste dies auch meine Frau machen.
Das war einfach nur Diskriminierung vom aller feinsten. Mir kommt auch kein logischer Gedanke in den Kopf wieso man jemanden verdächtigen sollte der grade seine duzend Dosen Katzenfressen bezahlen will (+ natürlich Futterhauskarte vorhanden mit sämtlichen Daten wie Name und Adresse.)
Das wird natürlich nicht vergessen.

Buy our cat food at the bird feeder for a long time! Never gave a problem!
But this time my wife was there without me but with a friend who has Mongolian roots. At the checkout, before my wife could pay, our friend was told to show her bags and backpack and then my wife had to do this too.
That was just discrimination at its finest. I also don't have a logical thought why one should suspect someone who just wants to pay for his dozen cans of cat food (+ of course feeder card available with all data such as name and address.)
That is of course not forgotten.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr sehr unfreundlich. Wenn man was fragt wissen sie nicht überhaupt kein geschultes Personal. Das Futter meistens leer was man sucht die Antwort wir wissen nicht wann die Lieferung kommt. Und viel viel zu teuer. Ich bestelle nur noch bei Zooplus ist bin 2-3 Werktage da billiger obwohl es das selbe ist wie bei Futterhaus.
Very, very unfriendly. If you ask what they don't know, no trained staff at all. The feed is mostly empty what you are looking for the answer we do not know when the delivery will come. And way too expensive. I only order from Zooplus, it is 2-3 working days cheaper because it is the same as with the bird feeder.
