N	Nico Bu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Umgang beim Paketservice ist äußerst unfreundlich und alles andere als hilfsbereit. Zwei Sterne dafür, dass immerhin noch nie ein Paket verloren ging. Blumen- und Pflanzen habe ich dort noch nie gekauft. Aufgrund des unfreundlichen Umgangs werde ich das aber auch niemals tun. Es gibt jede Menge kompetente Blumenläden in Salzburg, in denen man freundlicher behandelt wird. Dealing with the parcel service is extremely unfriendly and anything but helpful. Two stars for the fact that a package has never been lost. I've never bought flowers or plants there. Because of the unfriendly handling, I will never do that. There are plenty of competent flower shops in Salzburg that treat you more kindly.

Leider hat GLS nicht zugestellt sondern das Paket direkt dort abgelegt. I hope that I will never have to deal with the operator of this parcel station again in my life. Unfortunately, GLS did not deliver but put the package there directly.

Sorry es ist 10 vor ist das so schwär wenn e keine Kundschaft ist. Das man das packet heraus gibt. Nein da muss man 10 Minuten draußen warten. So unfreundlich. 9:50 am I wanted to pick up my package. The lady looked at me and said packages only from 10:00 o'clock. Sorry it is 10 before it is so difficult if you are not a customer. That one gives out the packet. No, you have to wait outside for 10 minutes. So rude.
M	Michelle Aigner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider habe ich sehr sehr schlechte Erfahrungen machen müssen. Das Problem hier ist, finde ich einfach die Art und Weiße der Aussagen und nicht der Inhalt. Unfreundlich und richtig grantig! Einfach verbittert ... Ja es sind für alle schwere Zeiten, aber das muss ecvt nicht sein. Ich war am 08.12 dort und wollte ein Paket holen. Daraufhin sagte mir der Herr das heute Feiertag ist und das nicht ginge. Auf die Frage, ob das Paket nicht eh hier liegen würde kam wieder nur, lauter und unfreundlicher, das Feiertag sei das sie nur Blumen verkaufen. Nach gefühlt dem 10 mal fragen meinte der Herr dann das er das Personal nicht hätte, obwohl ich die einzige war in dem Laden. Okay Gut alles egal. Gehe ich am nächsten Tag nach der Arbeit hin und wer steht hinter dem Tresen und reicht mir mein Päkchen? Der gleiche Herr der am Vortag meinte er könne das nicht. Ja okay. er muss ja nicht nachschaun ob mein Paket gekommen ist, aber freundlichkeit, respekt und anstand kann ich mir doch erwarten. Ich hoffe das nichts mehr von mir dorthin gebracht wird! Nichts desdo trotz ist der Laden sehr ordentlich und strukturiert. Unfortunately, I have had very, very bad experiences. Yes, these are difficult times for everyone, but it doesn't have to be ecvt. I was there on December 8th and wanted to get a package. Then the Lord told me that today is a public holiday and that it would not work. When asked if the package wasn't lying here anyway, I only came back, louder and more unfriendly, that the holiday was that they only sell flowers. After what felt like asking 10 times, the gentleman said he didn't have the staff, even though I was the only one in the shop. Okay, no matter what. Do I go after work the next day and who is behind the counter and hands me my parcel? The same gentleman who said the day before he couldn't do that. Yes, okay. He doesn't have to check whether my package has arrived, but I can expect friendliness, respect and decency. I hope that nothing more of me will be brought there! Despite nothing, the shop is very neat and structured.
I	Ingrid S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Dame im Haus hat mein Kind mit dem Kugelschreiber verletzt (sie riss ihm den Kugelschreiber aus der Hand und ist mit dem Eisentück hängen geblieben) und hat sich zum wiederholten mal geweigert, mein Paket anzunehmen. Das erste Mal wollte sie mein Paket vor 3 Monaten nicht nehmen, weil sie "Leute wie uns eh nicht gebrauchen kann" (damit meinte sie vermutlich Ausländer). Dieses mal hatte es sie gestört, dass 3 Meter Sicherheitsabstand nicht genug seien und wollte unser Paket wieder nicht nehmen (zur Info: der Zugang zum Geschäft wurde durch einen Tisch blockiert und man konnte sich der Dame gar nicht mehr als 3 Meter nähern. Zudem wurde eine FFP2 Maske getragen). Nachdem sie unserem Kind gegenüber handgreiflich geworden ist und es mit dem Kugelschreiber verletzt hatte, hat es gereicht. Eine Beschwerde bei UPS liegt schon vor und wir hoffen, nie wieder mit der Betreiberin dieser Paketstation zu tun haben zu muss. NACHTRAG: Der Kommentar stimmt so nicht ganz. Weder die Schilderung, noch das Zitat. Man sollte Kindern gegenüber einfach nicht handgreiflich werden und wenn sie ein Problem mit Ausländern haben, bleiben wir zukünftig natürlich gerne fern. Wir wünschen trotzdem alles Gute. The lady in the house hurt my child with the pen (she snatched the pen from his hand and got stuck with the iron piece) and repeatedly refused to accept my package. The first time she didn't want to take my package 3 months ago because "she doesn't need people like us anyway" (she probably meant foreigners by that). This time she was bothered by the fact that a safety distance of 3 meters wasn't enough and didn't want to take our package again (FYI: the entrance to the shop was blocked by a table and you couldn't get closer than 3 meters to the lady. In addition, wearing an FFP2 mask). After she attacked our child and hurt it with the pen, it was enough. A complaint has already been lodged with UPS and we hope that we will never have to deal with the operator of this parcel station again. ADDENDUM: The comment is not quite correct. In Zukunft werde ich mir 2x überlegen ob ich meine Pakete dort abhole oder lieber wieder zurück gehen lasse....ich hoffe wirklich, dass meine Pakete nicht mehr dort landen! Wow! I have never been treated so rudely. Incomprehensible! In the future I'll think twice about picking up my packages there or sending them back....I really hope my packages won't end up there anymore!

Als ich mein Paket erhalten habe und ganz nett "Danke und Tschüss" gesagt habe, kam natürlich keine Antwort.. War bis jetzt immer so. Kein Augenkontakt, keine freundliche Umgangsform, nichts. Ich glaube, Sie sollten sich einen anderen Job suchen, wo Sie nicht mit Menschen arbeiten, das liegt ihnen nämlich nicht! The male employee is so unsympathetic! Just enough to get a "Hello" together. When I received my package and said "thank you and goodbye" very nicely, there was of course no answer. It's always been like that until now. No eye contact, no friendly manners, nothing. I think you should look for another job where you don't work with people, because that's not for you!
