Today (Corona / Lockdown) I was allowed to take part in a free online training from DAO CONCEPTS and thanks to 30 minutes in a mix of stretching, Taiji and mindfulness I went into the evening really completely relaxed. I look forward to being there the next few times too! THANK YOU Dominic
