Danwood

First of all with the positive: The executing workers and the site managers are very hard-working and great! The sales department is apparently very spoiled by the prevailing construction boom. Empathy & professional customer communication is a foreign language. The main reason for the review, however, is after sales (service). In a nutshell, this is unfortunately the main reason why I would NOT build with Danwood anymore. Until the completion everything is good, and everyone tries hard - after the completion, unfortunately, the gaps in the large corporation reveal themselves - which, by the way, is absolutely NOT set up for the Austrian market. A lot of projects are sold, but the structure is simply missing. This starts with the lack of resources (executing people, site managers / project managers, etc.) and ends with the applicable standards and claims, which are NOT to be mapped according to German law - but to Austrian law. The fluctuation of the contact persons is also an understatement, very high. There are generally few or only sparse answers, you have to follow up several times before anything happens - the response times are very high. Organizationally, you notice that there is a lot of room for improvement here. Unfortunately, one generally only wipes oneself off and the goal seems to be to avert any justified guarantee / warranty claims with standard texts. Feels like the motto: The main thing is no work and no further commitment, that only costs money. The apparently good price / performance ratio fluctuates massively in closer consideration.
