★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schreckliches Service. Auf die Frage ob ein Fahrzeug einen Patienten ins Pflegeheim bringen könnte kam die Antwort, das wäre nicht möglich, weil noch diverse Notfälle reinkommen würden. Wozu bitte gibt es einen Rettungsdienst, wenn er Patienten nicht befördert? Und der unhöfliche Herr am Telefon ist auch nicht unbedingt für den Kundendienst ausgebildet. Ein Stern ist für diese Aktion schon zu viel...
Terrible service. When asked whether a vehicle could bring a patient to the nursing home, the answer came, that would not be possible because a number of emergencies would still come in. Why is there an ambulance service if it does not help patients? And the rude gentleman on the phone is not necessarily trained for customer service. A star is already too much for this action ...
