Vorschläge für das nächste Mal:
"Ich bin gleich bei Ihnen."
"Entschuldigen Sie, ich brauche noch x min"
"Hier können Sie einstweilen einen Katalog ansehen"
Wir kaufen unsere Dan Küche jetzt in einem anderen Studio.
I would expect the employee to say at least one word to us within 20 minutes even if he has a customer.
Next time suggestions:
"I'll be right there with you."
"Excuse me, I still need x min"
"Here you can view a catalog for now"
We are now buying our Dan kitchen in another studio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mitarbeiter sehr unhöflich, respektlos und genervt egal was man sagt. Man bekommt den Eindruck der Verkäufer hat noch nicht bemerkt, dass er nicht mehr in seinem Heimatland wohnt und dass in Österreich Kunden (auch und vor allem wenn sie Frauen sind) anders behandelt werden. Also Schade um die Marke DanKüchen die viel an Qualität mit solchen Partnern verliert.
Staff very rude, disrespectful and annoyed no matter what you say. You get the impression that the seller has not yet noticed that he no longer lives in his home country and that in Austria customers (also and especially if they are women) are treated differently. So it's a shame about the DanKüche brand, which loses a lot of quality with such partners.
