Mit solch einem super Service hatte ich nicht gerechnet. Die Karten sind wunderschön geworden und waren genau wie erwartet. Unsere Erwartungen wurden auf jeden Fall übertroffen! Macht weiter so! From design to map, everything worked perfectly. After the color on the test print was too light, I was contacted by email whether you should change this. I never expected such great service. The cards have become beautiful and were exactly as expected. Our expectations were definitely exceeded! Keep it up!

Bestellt am 10.11. gegen 11 Uhr und geliefert wurden sie am nächsten Tag um 9 Uhr - also nicht mal 24 Std !!! Die Karten haben eine super Qualität und der Service ist absolut Klasse! Mit der Selbst-Abholung waren die Drucke meistens am nächsten oder sogar am gleichen Tag abholbereit! Sogar jetzt in der Weihnachtszeit ist auf Euch Verlass. Die Möglichkeit einen Probedruck und Papierproben zu bestellen finde ich wunderbar, gerade bei den Einladungen war das sehr hilfreich. Vielen Lieben Dank für eure wunderbaren Drucke in diesem Jahr (Einladungen, Weihnachtskarten, Dankeskarten)! Had several orders this year and was always absolutely thrilled with how quickly the printing went. With self-collection, the prints were usually ready for collection the next or even the same day! You can even rely on you during the Christmas season. I think the possibility to order a test print and paper samples is wonderful, especially with the invitations it was very helpful. Thank you very much for your wonderful prints this year (invitations, Christmas cards, thank you cards)!

As the design was not ready I used an old design (birthday) to test paper and print quality we wanted. They just cancelled the order citing their internal policy that is not posted in their website. I would never trust them with big and important orders!!
