★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Dampfershop ist schnell zu übersehen da wenig Werbung an der Fassade angebracht wurde. Personal ist freundlich und auch mit Kenntnis bewandert. Allerdings ist die Auswahl an Produkten eher gering. Wenige Liquids vorrätig aber die gängigsten sind erhältlich. Aus diesem Grund 4 Sterne.
 The steamer shop is easy to overlook as there was little advertising on the facade. Staff is friendly and also knowledgeable. However, the selection of products is rather small. Few liquids in stock but the most common ones are available. For this reason 4 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war heute um 09:00 Uhr vor dem Geschäft und habe gewartet. Es sind vor Ort keine Öffnungszeiten ausgehängt und ich habe mich deshalb auf die Öffnungszeiten bei Google verlassen. Leider tauchte kein Verkäufer auf und das Geschäft blieb geschlossen... und ich bin über 100 Kilometer (hin & zurück) umsonst gefahren. Schade und eine Frechheit, zahlenden Kunden gegenüber! Absolut nicht empfehlenswert.
I was outside the store at 9:00 a.m. today, waiting. There are no opening times posted on site, so I relied on the opening times on Google. Unfortunately, no salesman turned up and the shop remained closed ... and I drove over 100 kilometers (there and back) for free. A shame and a cheek to pay customers! Absolutely not recommendable.

Die E-zigaretten oder Verdampfer die angebotenen werden sind immer am neusten Stand undan findet stehts neue Geräte zum Dampfen. Auch die liquid Geschmäcker sind quer durch gut sortiert
Tolle Dampfer Hütte ?, the steam shop in Salzburg Nord has a clear range of vaporizers, liquids and accessories. The e-cigarettes or vaporizers that are offered are always up to date and there are always new devices for vaping. The liquid tastes are also well sorted across the board

He suffered blisters and burns on his lips chin and face.
it took a whole weekend leaving it with the girl, for the girl to say he wasn't using it properly, even though she never witnessed him using it. Then it still didn't work unfortunately leaving further burns, the aftercare service made him feel giving up smoking for a vape really wasn't worth the hassle.
With regret don't buy a vape here because if you have a problem the after service care is very very poor.
You have a choice, buy it, walk away and forget about getting after service or a refund or the best idea don't buy a vape here if you want after service.
Sadly because Nina is lovely but very very busy at the post office which is more demanding and important because it brings in money.
Be prepared for at least an half an hour wait before you are seen.
Then forget returning your vape or aftercare service.
You will be stuck with an unuseable vape in your top drawer which you don't want to use because it is dangerous and the Damperhütte always make excuses to give you a refund!!
Aftercare Service is Very Important!!!!
Full Refund without question!!!
