Zuerst musste ich 20 Minuten warten bis die juniorchefin trotz Bereitschaft aufgetaucht ist. Von Freundlichkeit keine Spur. Eigentlich würde diese Dame nicht einmal einen Stern verdienen. Nie wieder fahr ich dort hin. I had to go to this pharmacy urgently today, it was very disappointing. First I had to wait 20 minutes for the junior boss to show up despite being ready. Ohne zu fragen werden einem COVID-19 Selbsttests mitgegeben, obwohl diese nicht benötigt werden und sich diese zu Hause stapeln. Hauptsache die Tests können der Sozialversicherung bzw. dem Staat teuer verrechnet werden und das Geld landet in der eigenen Tasche. Auch sind die Angestellten nicht in der Lage, vom Krankenhaus handschriftlich verordnete Medikamente in das "e-Medikation"-System von ELGA mit der E-Card einzutragen. Schade, dass es keine Alternativen im unterem Drautal gibt. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with this pharmacy.
