★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider eine große Enttäuschung, sowohl in der ausführenden Bauphase als auch im nachfolgendem Beschwerdemanagement; Auf eine Schadensmeldung wird gar nicht erst reagiert, eher übt man sich im ignorieren, sei es am Telefon oder per Mail!
 Unfortunately a big disappointment, both in the construction phase and in the subsequent complaint management; There is no reaction to a damage report, rather you practice ignoring it, be it on the phone or by email!

Gute Dienstleistung, nur der Start war ein klein wenig holprig - es wurde allerdings alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit ausgeführt. Deswegen 5 Sterne redlich verdient und wir verbleiben mit besten Dank.
