Instead of sinus MRI, cranial CT, the treating doctor only had eye rolls for it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guter Service! Habe dringend einen CT Termin gebraucht und mein Arzt hat nur hier in geraumer Zeit einen Termin bekommen. Angestellte und Arzt waren sehr freundlich und Wartezeit war nicht schlimm.
Good service! Urgently needed a CT appointment and my doctor only got an appointment here in quite some time. Employees and doctor were very friendly and waiting time was not bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - Unnötig lange Wartezeiten trotz Termin (1h Wartezeit!!! Viele die später kommen sind früher dran - trotz gleicher Behandlung)
- Unfreundlicher Arzt, der ohne ein Wort die Patienten behandelt und dann raus schickt, er nimmt sich keine Zeit
- Bis auf eine Dame an der Rezeption (ich glaube Frau Sch., blond) waren alle sehr unfreundlich und gaben einem das Gefühl nicht erwünscht zu sein
- Unten beim Empfang wurde man schon unfreundlich empfangen wenn man nur nach dem Weg zum richtigen Stockwerk fragt
Es kommt einem vor wie eine Fließband-Massenabfertigung! Kann man wirklich nicht empfehlen!!
- Unnecessarily long waiting times despite appointment (1h waiting time !!! Many who come later are earlier - despite the same treatment)
- Unfriendly doctor who, without a word, treats the patients and then sends them out, he does not take his time
- Except for a lady at the front desk (I think Mrs. Sch., Blond) were all very rude and gave you the feeling not to be desired
- At the bottom of the reception you were greeted unfriendly if you only ask for the way to the right floor
It feels like an assembly line mass processing! Can not really recommend !!
