★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr guter EDV Distributor in Österreich. Webshop übersichtlich, ausreichend Produktauswahl der bekannten Marken vorhanden. Schnelle Liegerfähigkeit, sehr gute Preise überhaupt bei HDD und SSD und was ich gerne benütze, ich kann mir die Ware vor Ort abholen.
Very good IT distributor in Austria. Web shop clearly, sufficient product selection of the known brands available. Fast lying ability, very good prices for HDD and SSD and whatever I like to use, I can pick up the goods on site.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hätte man mich vor einem Monat gefragt, ich hätte diesem Distributor 5 Sterne gegeben. Aber wie so oft lernt man seine Partner erst kennen, wenn mal etwas nicht klappt. Eine Festplatte war nach ca. 30 Minuten Einsatz defekt - kann ja mal passieren und ist in der Regel einfach zu lösen. Aber plötzlich wird man am Telefon vertröstet, versprochene Rückrufe finden nicht statt, auf E-Mails wird nicht mehr geantwortet. Ja sicher, wird sind ein kleiner Kunde, da wir vorwiegend Software entwickeln und Hardware nur auftragsbezogen bestellen, aber so geht man nicht mit Kunden um. Wirklich sehr schade, die Mitarbeiter waren davor immer sehr bemüht und ich hatte stets einen positiven Eindruck dieses Unternehmens.
If I had been asked a month ago, I would have given this distributor 5 stars. But as is so often the case, you only get to know your partners when something doesn't work. A hard drive was defective after about 30 minutes of use - it can happen and is usually easy to solve. But suddenly you are put off on the phone, promised callbacks do not take place, there is no reply to emails. Sure, we are a small customer because we mainly develop software and order hardware only on an order basis, but that's not how you deal with customers. Really a shame, the employees always tried very hard and I always had a positive impression of this company.
