N	Nicolas Exner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kleine Zimmer, aber freundliches junges Team, leckeres Frühstück, ein toller Sauna-Bereich und ganz in der Nähe von Lift und Piste. Small rooms, but a friendly young team, delicious breakfast, a great sauna area and very close to the lift and slopes.
A	Achim St on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schönes Appartementhaus. Zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, vielseitig und einfach nur gut. Die Rühreier sind nur zu empfehlen ;-). Im Keller befindet sich der Wellness Bereich mit verschiedenen Saunen, Dampfbad, infrarotkabine und dem Ruhebereich. Alles ist sauber und im sehr gutem Zustand. Hier kann man sich wirklich erholen. Der Weg zum Skilift, Supermarkt und zum Hofstadl ist nicht weit. Waren mit einer größeren Gruppe zum Skiurlaub dort. Haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt und werden im nächsten Jahr, wenn alles klappt, gerne wiederkommen. Nice apartment block. Appropriately furnished. Very friendly staff. The breakfast is plentiful, varied and just plain good. The scrambled eggs are only recommended ;-). In the basement is the wellness area with various saunas, steam bath, infrared cabin and the relaxation area. Everything is clean and in very good condition. Here you can really relax. The way to the ski lift, supermarket and Hofstadl is not far. Were there with a larger group for a ski vacation. We all felt very comfortable and will be happy to come back next year if everything works out.

Bardzo miły personel, rozbudowana strefa relaksu (różnego rodzaju sauny, ping-pong, piłkarzyki, sala zabaw dla dzieci). Pokój czysty i przestronny. Dużą wadą tego miejsca jest ogromny hałas, zarówno ze strony imprezowiczów z ulicy (co może dotyczyć również innych hoteli) jak i ze strony samych gości hotelu. Taka sytuacja spowodowana jest poprzez bardzo słabo wyciszone ściany i okna oraz kompletny brak przestrzegania przez niektórych gości hotelowych ciszy nocnej. Pracownicy hotelu nie potrafią tego wyegzekwować. Nie chodzi o przestrzeganie 22, ale o brak możliwości snu nawet do 4 czy 5 rano. Być może tylko nam trafili się tacy niemieckojęzyczni sąsiedzi ale ten hotel w nocy sprawiał wrażenie podrzędnego motelu. Hotel located about 150 m from the lifts, slightly away from the main street. Very nice staff, extensive relaxation zone (various types of saunas, ping-pong, table football, children's playroom). Room clean and spacious. The big disadvantage of this place is the huge noise, both on the part of partygoers from the street (which may also apply to other hotels) as well as from the hotel guests themselves. This situation is caused by very poorly soundproofed walls and windows, as well as the complete non-compliance of hotel guests with quiet hours. Hotel staff can not enforce this. It's not about observing 22, but about not being able to sleep up to 4 or 5 in the morning. Perhaps only we got such German-speaking neighbors but this hotel at night seemed like a subordinate motel.
O	Olga Przybylska on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel położony niedaleko stoku, lokalizacja super, obsługa miła, strefa wellness bardzo przyjemna. Jedyny bardzo duży minus za cienkie ściany w pokojach- było wszystko słychać z pokoju obok,łącznie z chrapaniem... Z uwagi na bliskość baru, w nocy mimo zamkniętego okna słychać było tabuny pijanych, wracających ludzi, część z nich niestety mieszkała w hotelu Crystls. Recepcja nie jest czynna całą dobę, więc cisza nocna nie była przestrzegana. Nie polecam dla osób ceniących spokój i ciszę... Hotel located near the slope, great location, nice service, wellness area very pleasant. The only very big minus for the thin walls in the rooms - you could hear everything from the next room, including snoring ... Due to the proximity of the bar, at night despite the closed window you could hear drunken people coming back, some of them unfortunately lived in the Crystls hotel . The reception is not open 24/7, so the night-time silence was not respected. I do not recommend for people who value peace and quiet ...
