Es gab in der ganzen Zeit relativ wenige Probleme. Wenn doch dann waren sie immer schnell gelöst. Andere Hoster lassen sich den Telefonsupport extra bezahlen, hier kann ich immer anrufen und habe immer auch sofort Hilfe bekommen. Auch per Email / Supportformular funktioniert es bestens. Freundlich, hilfbereit und kompetent. Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Have been a customer for thirteen years. Not only because the price is unbeatable, but above all because the support and customer friendliness are right. There have been relatively few problems in the whole time. If so, they were always quickly resolved. Other hosters charge extra for telephone support, I can always call here and always get help immediately. It also works perfectly via email / support form.
