C	Constanze Mazal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider sehr enttäuschend. Meine Tochter hat sich so gefreut, dass wir genau das Papier gefunden haben, mit dem sie etwas basteln wollte. Leider wurde uns ein Kauf dann verweigert, da der Betrag unter 10€ war und ich nur mit Karte zahlen konnte. Todunglückliches Kind und eine sehr unerfreuliche Erfahrung. Hier kaufe ich sicher nie wieder etwas. Schade, die 3% Abgabe für die Kartenzahlung hätte ich gerne mitbezahlt, die kann man auch einfach in den Preis einberechnen und zB bei Barzahlung Rabatt gewähren, wenn man schon so sehr auf Bargeld aus ist. Aber ein Geschäft aufzumachen und Kartenzahlung unter 10€ zu verweigern, das geht heutzutage einfach gar nicht, vor allem wenn die meisten Artikel deutlich weniger als 10€ kosten. Die Kunden merken sich so einen Umgang und kommen dann eben nicht wieder. Unfortunately very disappointing. My daughter was so happy that we found exactly the paper she wanted to tinker with. Unfortunately we were refused a purchase because the amount was less than 10 € and I could only pay by card. Deadly unhappy child and a very unhappy experience. I'm sure I'll never buy anything here again. It's a shame, I would have liked to have paid the 3% levy for the card payment, you can simply include it in the price and, for example, give a discount for cash payments if you are so keen on cash. But opening a business and refusing card payments for less than € 10 is simply not possible these days, especially when most items cost significantly less than € 10. The customers memorize such a deal and then just don't come back.

Ich empfand die Preise als sehr fair / normal und komme gerne wieder. Was die "schockierende" Kartenzahlung ab 10€ betrifft: Ich empfehle - zwecks Vermeidung todtrauriger Kinder - das eigene Hirn einzuschalten und mal vermehrt in der Realität zu leben. In den meisten kleinen Geschäften (Asiamarkt, Nähbedarf, Antiquitäten ect.) ist die 10€ Grenze Gang und Gebe. A very friendly, helpful but at the same time not intrusive advice and an incredible amount of choice! I found the prices to be very fair / normal and would be happy to come back. As for the "shocking" card payment from 10 €: I recommend - in order to avoid deadly sad children - turn on your own brain and live more in reality. In most small shops (Asian market, sewing supplies, antiques, etc.) the 10 € limit is common.

(Material for jewellery making, decorating crafting with kids, nitting and crocheting, and so on) Very friendly staff. The space feels a little crammed sometimes because there is so much stuff in a rather small space but that way you always get to find something new that you overlooked before. Although it's not huge this is my favourite craft shop in vienna.

They have extensive collection, and they are also hobbyist (when i came, the shopkeeper made something from either crochet or knit.. not sure). Since I want to learn embroidery and also makrame, they also gave me quite an information on which tools i need or which one is better for the project i’m planning to make. Payment is better by cash, but they also accept card but I dont know whether they have minimum payment if you pay by card. Price is more or less similar with online shop or amazon but the plus side is you can consult while you shop.
