Obendrauf ein Gesellschafter der ständig vom wesentlichen abweist mit der Betonung auf „Ja dann leiten Sie rechtliche schritte ein", mit der Sicherheit dass der Bruder ein Anwalt ist. Ein Kompromiss mit der Firma ist leider nicht möglich. Sie kriegen was gebastelt und dürfen nicht nach Richtigstellung oder Preisminderung bestehen. Unsere Decke wurde zweimal an andere Kunden verkauft, woraus man schließen kann, dass das Unternehmen den Lagerbestand bzw. den Status von Bestellungen nicht im Griff hat. Das Personal ist inkompetent und kann keine Auskünfte über den Verbleib der Ware geben. Auf emails wird gar nicht reagiert.
