★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Familie hat vor ca.2 Jahren einen Pool bei Cranpool in Oberalm gekauft. Von Anfang an waren wir mit der Beratung und dem Produkt sehr zufrieden. Vor einiger Zeit fiel uns auf, dass die Abdeckleisten Flecken bekommen hatten. Wir haben dies Cranpool gemeldet und die haben sich sofort bereit erklärt diese Leisten auf Kulanz zu tauschen, ohne jeglichen Selbstbehalt unsererseits. Für dieses Entgegenkommen möchten wir uns nochmals herzlich Bedanken. An alle anderen, viel Freude mit eurem Pool ;-)
My family bought a pool at Cranpool in Oberalm about 2 years ago. From the beginning we were very satisfied with the advice and the product. Some time ago, we noticed that the cover strips had stained. We have reported this to Cranpool and they have immediately agreed to swap these bars for goodwill, with no deductible on our part. We would like to thank you once again for your kindness. To all the others, have fun with your pool ;-)
