Bei uns wurde heute der Glasfaseranschluss aktiviert und bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die wir telefonisch bzw. über die Fernwartung lösen konnten, funktioniert alles tadellos. Ich habe mich bewusst für einen "kleineren" lokalen Anbieter entschieden, da ich mit meinem letzten Anbieter (A1) in keinerlei Hinsicht zufrieden war und wie sich bei diesem Glasfaserprojekt in unserem Ort herausstellte, agiert ein anderer großer OÖ Anbieter ähnlich und es werden bei der Installation dessen Kunden bevorzugt und diejenigen die sich für einen anderen Provider entschieden haben werden ignoriert bzw. hinten angestellt. Ich möchte nicht wissen wie sich dieser Anbieter verhält wenn es Mal zu Problemen kommt. Hier habe ich absolutes Vertrauen in die Fa. Cosys da ich immer jemanden erreicht habe bzw. ich immer zeitnahe zurückgerufen wurde, egal ob vom Techniker oder vom Chef persönlich. Ich hätte mich auch für den "großen" Anbieter entscheiden können, da hier auch ein sehr Interessantes Angebot gemacht wurde, aber mir ist der Service, die Nähe und vor allem der persönliche Kontakt zur Fa. Cosys die paar Euro mehr wert als eine kurzfristige Preisersparnis. Ich möchte mich noch bei Fa, Cosys für die Unterstützung im Vorfeld bedanken und hoffe wir hören uns nicht wieder, denn das heißt es funktioniert alles ;-) I am more than satisfied with Cosys. The fiber optic connection was activated today and everything works flawlessly except for a few small things that we were able to solve over the phone or via remote maintenance. I made a conscious decision to go for a "smaller" local provider, as I was not satisfied in any way with my last provider (A1) and, as it turned out with this fiber optic project in our town, another large Upper Austria provider is acting similarly Installation preferred by customers and those who have decided on another provider are ignored or put on the back burner. I don't want to know how this provider behaves when problems arise. Here I have absolute trust in the Cosys company because I have always reached someone or have always been called back promptly, whether by the technician or the boss personally. I could have opted for the "big" provider, as they also made a very interesting offer, but the service, the proximity and above all the personal contact with the Cosys company is worth the few euros more to me than a short-term price saving . I would like to thank Fa, Cosys for their support in advance and I hope we won't hear each other again, because that means everything works ;-)
