I have been with Cosmetic Claudia for several years and am always very satisfied. Cozy pleasant atmosphere, a nice wellness area.
C	Claudia A. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Früher war es mal toll.. Habe vergeblich vor der verschlossene Tür gewartet, 5 min NACHDEM dieser beginnen sollte wurde ich angerufen - die Kosmetikerin ist krank. Es war nicht möglich mich darüber VOR meinen Termin zu informieren. Die Begründung der Inhaberin "es tut mir leid, mehr kann ich auch nicht tun als mich zu entschuldigen". Als langjährige Stammkundin wurde nicht mal eine gratis Behandlung oder Ähnliches angeboten. Da die Behandlungen und die Atmosphäre seit Steffi weg sind sowieso nicht mehr annähernd das gleiche sind, war das nur das i tüpfelchen den Salon zu wechseln. Steffi hat diesen Laden zu den gemacht was er einmal war! It used to be great .. I waited in vain for the locked door, 5 min AFTER this should start I was called - the beautician is ill. It was not possible to inform me about this BEFORE my appointment. The justification of the owner "I'm sorry, I can not do more than apologize". As a longtime regular customer not even a free treatment or the like was offered. Since the treatments and the atmosphere are gone since Steffi anyway are not nearly the same, that was just the icing on the cake to change the salon. Steffi has made this shop to what it once was!

Ich bin auch seit einigen Jahren 1x Monatlich bei Claudia und Meli in Behandlung und hab noch kein einziges Mal das Gefühl gehabt, mich in irgendeiner Form beschweren zu müssen. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr sauber und ordentlich, die Behandlung wurde immer äußerst professionell gemacht, ich wurde immer freundlich bedient und ich bin, nach wie vor, sehr zufrieden. Danke für die gute Betreuung. Ich kann euch nur weiterempfehlen ? So I can not understand the bad rating in the last comment absolutely. I have also been with Claudia and Meli once a month for a few months now and have never once had the feeling that I have to complain in any way. The rooms are very clean and tidy, the treatment was always extremely professional, I was always friendly and I am, as before, very satisfied. Thanks for the good care. I can only recommend you ?
A	Amra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bei Claudia und Melanie sind meine Füße sehr gut aufgehoben. Beide sind sehr herzlich und auch für ein nettes Gespräch während der Behandlung zu haben. Die Fußpflege wird professionell gemacht! Der Laden ist sehr einladend und herzlich eingerichtet. Preis-Leistung passen auch vollkommen. My feet are in very good hands with Claudia and Melanie. Both are very welcoming and are also available for a nice chat during the treatment. Foot care is done professionally! The shop is very welcoming and warmly decorated. Price-performance also fit perfectly.
