Ich habe Übersetzungen DE-EN in Auftrag gegeben - NICHT beglaubigt, weil nicht gebraucht und als pdf-Datei geschickt, da im Ausland. Angebot war schon mal für beglaubigt und per Post oder ich kann mir die Dokumente in Wien abholen. Nach langem hin und her und nochmals schreiben, was genau ich brauche, habe ich erst auf erneute Anfrage die übersetzten Dokumente als pdf bekommen - schief eingescannt, sodass unlesbar, alles eine Wurst, nicht separate pdf's mit der Ausrede (man höre und staune), dass diese Dokumente zusammengeheftet bleiben müssen weil beglaubigt (WARUM???) und deshalb nur so eingescannt werden können. Habe nachdem ich ein entsprechendes Mail formuliert habe, neue Dokumente eingescannt geschickt bekommen. Ich trau mich gar nicht, sie näher anzuschauen. Ich kann also zu der Qualität der tatsächlich übersetzten Dokumente nichts sagen. Wollte tatsächlich telefonisch mit dem Chef sprechen, wurde allerdings nur mit derselben Dame verbunden, die mir sagte, dass es nicht möglich ist, mit dem Chef zu sprechen. Auch eine E-Mail-Adresse wollte sie mir nicht geben. Ich könne das Mail ihr schicken und sie leitet es dann weiter.

I have commissioned translations from DE-EN - NOT notarized because not needed and sent as a PDF file because I am abroad. The offer was already for certified and by post or I can pick up the documents in Vienna. After a long time back and forth and again writing what exactly I need, I only received the translated documents as a pdf when I asked again - scanned in at an angle so that it was illegible, everything was a sausage, not separate pdf's with the excuse (listen and be amazed), that these documents must remain stapled together because they are certified (WHY ???) and can therefore only be scanned in that way. After I wrote a corresponding email, I received new documents scanned in. I don't even dare to take a closer look. So I can't comment on the quality of the documents actually translated. Actually wanted to speak to the boss by phone, but was only put through to the same lady who told me that it is not possible to speak to the boss. She didn't want to give me an email address either. I can send the mail to her and she will forward it.
