P	Peter Paul on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! War das kalt? 4min6sec hat der Anamnese Test für mich ergeben. Nach 2 min wird es richtig kalt aber doch irgendwie ? Ich bleibe bis zum Schluss. Die Endorphine breiten sich in meinem Körper aus und ich muss lachen. Tolles Gefühl. Danach geh ich noch trainieren - bin voll motiviert - alles scheint besser zu gehen! Ich fühl mich total wohl… Die ganze Zeit über bin ich sehr klar im Kopf. Geschlafen hab ich in der Nacht auch sehr gut und bin erholt aufgewacht. Hab gleich 20 Einheiten gebucht und gehe jetzt 3X die Woche. Kann ich nur empfehlen!!! Wow! Was that cold? The anamnesis test gave me 4min6sec. After 2 minutes it gets really cold but somehow ? I stay until the end. The endorphins are spreading in my body and I have to laugh. Great feeling. Then I'll go to work out - I'm fully motivated - everything seems to be going better! I feel really good ... The whole time I'm very clear in my head. I slept very well during the night and woke up refreshed. I booked 20 units straight away and now go 3X a week. I can only recommend!!!

Danach fühlt man sich unglaublich vital und die Endorphine fließen. Ein richtiger Immunbooster! Es werden sehr innovative Zusatzbehandlungen angeboten: Bodyscan, Hautscan… jeder sollte es ausprobieren!!! At first I was skeptical because I am more sensitive to the cold ... but this cold feels very different ... it's a great experience! Then you feel incredibly vital and the endorphins flow. A real immune booster! Very innovative additional treatments are offered: body scan, skin scan ... everyone should try it!
S	Sissy Marhl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War heute 5.1.2022 das 1. mal in der Kältekammer bei -85; hatte anfangs richtig schieß! es waren 3 min die relativ schnell vergangen sind, es war einmalig mir gehts richtig gut diese Kälte ist viel besser als - 10 in der Natur; diese KKammer wird mich nun immer wieder begleiten. Was today 5.1.2022 for the first time in the cold chamber at -85 ; initially had shoot right! it was 3 minutes that passed relatively quickly, it was once I feel really good this cold is much better than - 10 in nature; this chamber will now be with me again and again.
