Ich habe schon öfter mit den Mitarbeitenden Kontakt gehabt und auch die Projekte, die dort abgewickelt werden sehen können. Und die 5 Sterne sind sehr robust über alle Projekte und Kontakte. Ich kann nur eine unumschränkte Empfehlung für diese Truppe abgeben und bin sicher, die Kunden dieser Truppe sehen das auch so, sind aber vielleicht nicht so gut mit den elektronischen Medien (hier greift Conventa ja auch den nicht so Geübten so unter die Arme, dass auch elektronische Nackerpatzerln einen recht professionellen Auftritt hinbekommen.) Und wenn ich mir vor Augen halte, wie anstrengend die Kommunikation mit unbedarften aber selbstbewussten Computernutzern üblicherweise ist, kann die menschliche Kompetenz von Conventa nur noch mehr herausgestrichen werden.- Weiter so, ..
