Trotzdem muss man sagen, dass die Tiefgarage oft komplett voll ist. Sometimes it's just brutally full, changed the rating after I realized that more space is difficult to manage. Nevertheless, you have to say that the underground car park is often completely full.

We went there on Saturday 17/08/19 because it was recommended on the online ticket information to visit the old castle. Initially, it was ok, clean, not very crowded and at a10-minute walk from the cable car to the fortification. The problem was when we came back at about 18.30. The machine asked for 13.50€ in cash. It did not accept notes nor credit cards. There was no reception. There was nobody. There where no shops nearby to get cash. We pressed the botton on the machine to get help and a lady answered. She spoke good English, so she did understand. Nevertheless, the machine was more helpful than her for at least the machine was not rude and impolite. We explained the situation to her. Not only didn't she provide some kind of solution, she also hung up on us. I could not believe such rudeness. Then, we spent half an hour looking for a place to get the requested cash. When we came back the cost was obviously higher. But that does not matter. The problem now was that the entrance doors were all closed. It was 19.02. We thought we had to spend the whole night in Salzburg when our accommodation was located in Terfens, in Tirol, 2 hours away. Two children were with us. Fortunately, we could get in using the car entrance. We got the car out immediately and left the parking as soon as we could. If you go, have cash money ready and bear in mind that the service is terrible or non-existant. Do not call the lady from the machine or you shall be in for some very unpleasant surprises!!! ???
