Nach der Monierung, dass zum widerholten mal eine Mail nicht beantwortet wurde, erreichte mich die folgende Antwort: "Dann schreiben Sie eine Mail mit einer Anfrage an eine allgemeine Mail von einer Firma mit 500 Mitarbeiter und wundern sich das sich niemand melden…. Würde sagen Sie kontaktieren in Zukunft die zuständigen Personen die Sie kennen – sonst brauchen Sie sich auch nicht wunden das sich niemand melden. In einem Lokal bestellen Sie auch beim Kellner und nicht bei der Putzfrau oder in der Küche!!!!!" Damit ist alles über diese Firma und deren Kundendienst gesagt. Nachtrag: Mir wurde Unhöflichkeit vorgeworfen: "Können Sie mir sagen, wo Ersatzrolladenstäbe für unsere Containeranlage erhältlich sind? Ein Fahrzeug hat mit seinem Überhang ein paar Stäbe beschädigt. Besten Dank für Ihre Antwort." Nun ja, so kann man mit Kunden umgehen.

Addendum: I was accused of rudeness: "Can you tell me where replacement roller shutter slats for our container system can be obtained? A vehicle damaged a few bars with its overhang. Thanks for your answer." Well, that's how you treat customers.
