Weiters bekam ich zielführende Übungen für zu Hause mit. Ja und wenn jemand nett und fröhlich ist, dann geht doch alles leichter. Danke
I was in the 1st treatment with Anna. She gave me great tips. Not only saw my problem with the neck but also gave a brief summary of my posture. I also got targeted exercises for at home. Yes, and when someone is nice and happy, everything is easier. thanks
