Christian Lauke The laboratory is absolutely serious, the staff fast, reliable and nice. To my surprise, I was approached by one of the staff to let me know the result before it was sent. N	Nechama Wolosow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kam heute mit 2 Kindern ins Labor um einen PCR Test durchzuführen. Mit dem 5 jährigen gings problemlos, doch die 2 jährige weinte verständlicherweise. Ich war von der ungeduldigen und unfreundlichen Einstellung überrascht. Die Laborleiterin sagte mir aggressiv, dass ich dem Kind den Mund zuhalten sollte(!), damit sie mich besser hören kann. Ich dachte fast ich hätte schlecht gehört. Today I came to the laboratory with 2 children to do a PCR test. With the 5 year old it was no problem, but the 2 year old cried understandably. I was surprised by the impatient and unfriendly attitude. The laboratory manager aggressively told me to shut the child's mouth (!) So she could hear me better. I almost thought I heard badly.

Die Mitarbeiterin war leider sehr unhöflich, desinteressiert, nicht hilfsbereit und ungut. Kann ich daher leider schon vom ersten Eindruck her nicht empfehlen. I made contact with the company for the first time today and wanted to politely inquire by phone whether you need an appointment for a COVID test, regarding costs, etc. The employee was unfortunately very rude, disinterested, not helpful and bad. So unfortunately I can't recommend it from the first impression.

I felt so incredibly in good hands with Ms. Haas. She was there for someone during the entire waiting time and always answered immediately. I also had the result faster than planned. Die Apotheke kann uns nicht weiterhelfen und die Mitarbeiter in dem Labor sind völlig unhöflich, sowas inkompetentes ist nicht nachvollziehbar. Wir selbst sind auch berufstätig und sind durch diese ,,Coronasituation,, auch in einer unangenehmen Lage da die Arbeitgeber auch auf unseren Diensteinsatz warten, den wir jedoch ohne Testergebnisse nicht antreten können! Auch das ist eine ziemliche Belastung und ja, mit Sicherheit hat das Labor viele Testungen aber es kann doch nicht sein, dass andere bereits 5 Std nach Probenentnahme ihr Testergebnis haben und wir nicht mal eine Auslunft bekommen We have now been waiting for our test result for our free test for 27 hours. We ourselves are also employed and are also in an uncomfortable position due to this "corona situation", because the employers are also waiting for our service, which we cannot start without test results!
