M	M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eigentlich wollten wir dieses Unternehmen beauftragen weil es sich um einen Lokalen Betrieb handelt, dessen Geschäftsführer am Telefon sehr nett wirkte. Die Auftragsvergabe erfolgte recht reibungslos, der Preis war fair. Der Termin wurde direkt mit dem Geschäftsführer des Unternehmens abgestimmt, und mehr als zwei Wochen im voraus verbindlich fixiert. Sonderreinigung Bürogebäude für 07:00 Uhr Früh beauftragt - kommt aber niemand. Anruf erfolglos da niemand abhebt. Eine Handynummer antwortet auf meinen Anruf einfach mit einer SMS und dem Text "Können Sie später anrufen." Dann Rückruf vom Geschäftsführer mit der Info dass es leider einen Corona Ausbruch, der anscheinend mit Wohnzimmertests festgestellt wurde, beim zugeteilten Team gibt. Er teilte mir mit dass er es schon seit mehreren Stunden weiß, warum er uns nicht kontaktiert hat kann er aber nicht beantworten. Ein Mitarbeiter, obwohl er mit den anderem im gleichen Team gearbeitet hat, könnte laut seinen Aussagen eventuell nicht infiziert sein. Auf meine Nachfrage hin wie das denn verifiziert will: mit einem Selbsttest. Bleiben lediglich zwei Optionen: 1. Corona wird als Vorwand genutzt um das einfache Vergessen auf einen Auftrag zu rechtfertigen oder 2. die Mitarbeiter sind tatsächlich infiziert, und das Angebot einen Mitarbeiter zu schicken, der lediglich lt. Wohnzimmertest "negativ" ist mehr als besorgniserregend. In beiden Fällen höchst unprofessionell! We actually wanted to hire this company because it is a local company whose manager seemed very nice on the phone. The order was placed quite smoothly, the price was fair. The date was agreed directly with the company's managing director and fixed more than two weeks in advance. Special cleaning of the office building ordered for 7:00 a.m. - but no one comes. Unsuccessful call because no one picks up. A cell phone number simply responds to my call with an SMS and the text "Can you call later." Then the managing director called back with the information that unfortunately there was a corona outbreak in the assigned team, which was apparently determined with living room tests. He told me that he had known for several hours, but he couldn't answer why he hadn't contacted us. An employee, although he has worked with the others in the same team, may not be infected, according to his statements. When I asked how that wanted to be verified: with a self-test. Only two options remain: 1. Corona is used as an excuse to justify simply forgetting about an order or 2. the employees are actually infected, and the offer to send an employee who is only "negative" according to the living room test is more than worrying. In both cases highly unprofessional!
