M	Manfred Menzl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unglaublich unprofessionelles Unternehmen: Uns werden Monate lang über 50 Kunden-Kartenzahlungen vorenthalten - angeblich wurden die Überweisungen beauftragt, jedoch nicht durchgeführt. Wir sind nun schon drei Monate bei Card Complete und alles läuft problemlos. Die Zahlungen von Concardis sind hingegen nach nunmehr über 4 Monaten immer noch nicht bei uns angekommen, und niemand weiß, wann wir das Geld erhalten. Wie Concardis mit solchen Geschäftsgebarungen überhaupt noch existieren kann, ist mir schleierhaft. Incredibly unprofessional company: We are withheld from over 50 customer card payments for months - the transfers were supposedly ordered but not carried out. We have been with Card Complete for three months now and everything is running smoothly. Concardis' payments, however, have still not reached us after more than 4 months, and no one knows when we will receive the money. How Concardis can still exist with such business practices is beyond me.
d	daniel scheidbach on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Öfters schon nachkontrolliert, die Zahlen stimmen, der Anbieter ist günstig und bei der Hotline habe ich sofort wen erreicht, ich wurde gleich freundlich an die richtige Stelle weitergeleitete, dort kompetent beraten, 11:40, also zur Stoßzeit. Es sollten alle, die zufrieden sind, auch davon schreiben, leider findet man hier nur die Fälle, wo es nicht geklappt hat. Bin schon seit 6 Jahren zufriedener Kunde. Often checked again, the numbers are correct, the provider is cheap and with the hotline I immediately reached someone, I was immediately forwarded to the right place in a friendly manner, there was competent advice, 11:40, so at rush hour. Everyone who is satisfied should also write about it, unfortunately you can only find cases where it did not work out. I've been a satisfied customer for 6 years.

Monatelang keine Rückmeldung auf Mails und Nachrichten über das Kontaktformular. Pampige Kommentare am Telefon. Und selbst bei der Kündigung läuft alles falsch. Unglaublich! FINGER WEG!!! I have never seen such a dubious or unprofessional company! No response to mails and messages via the contact form for months. Sloppy comments on the phone. And everything goes wrong even when you cancel. Incredible! HANDS OFF!!!
L	Lukas Ederle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Firma macht einen unseriösen Eindruck, der Vertreter verkauft gleichzeitig weitere Produkte anderer Firmen und bringt die Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen durcheinander. Wenn ein Problem auftaucht (und es tauchen definitiv welche auf), ist der Vertreter nicht erreichbar. Er hat ja seinen Vertrag verkauft. Dann kann man sich auf lange Warteschleifen im Deutschen Netz inkl. der Telefonrechnung freuen, da in Österreich kein Technischer Support vorhanden ist. Sonst gestaltet sich die Kommunikation auch äußerst schwierig. The company makes a dubious impression, the representative sells at the same time other products of other companies and messes up the general conditions. If a problem crops up (and some definitely show up), the representative is not available. He sold his contract. Then you can look forward to long queues in the German network including the telephone bill, since there is no technical support in Austria. Otherwise communication will be extremely difficult.

Keiner äußert sich dazu.. keiner antwortet .. ????? At Concardis, nobody replies to x emails for weeks. Nobody feels responsible .. Customers have debited twice from their account. Nobody comments on it .. nobody answers .. ?????
Ö	Özer Mehmet-Aras on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erzählen die mir das ich ein neues Gerät brauche schicken mir jemanden der aber nur den vertrag hat , warte ich gut paar Wochen darauf das jemand kommt ,natürlich erst wenn ich mich beschwere , dann kommt jemand nimmt das Kartenlesegerät mit , bekomme ich eine Rechnung mit Fehlendem Kartenlesegerät ,rufe dort an sag ihnen das was nicht stimmt sagen sie mir "das sie das überprüfen" ziehen mir einfach 650€ vom Konto, obwohl sie das selber abgeholt haben und natürlich ist keiner schuld aber zahlen darf ich. Warum muss ich jedes mal allem nachlaufen und mich darum kümmern If they tell me that I need a new device, they send me someone who only has the contract, I wait a good couple of weeks for someone to come, of course only when I complain, then someone comes along with the card reader, I get an invoice with something missing Card reader, call there tell you what is wrong tell me "that you check it" just pull 650 € from my account, although you picked it up yourself and of course it's nobody's fault but I'm allowed to pay. Why do I have to run after everything and take care of it every time

Auf keinen Fall empfehlenswert! Verdient nicht mal einen Stern.... When contacting customer service, there is no response apart from the automatic message. There are much better providers than this company. Definitely not recommendable! Doesn't even deserve a star ...
