haben zur reparatur einen laptop dort abgegeben,
es wurden 3x die falschen teile bestellt
und letztendlich haben wir das gerät beschädigter retour (und unrepariert!!!) retour bekommen... gnädigerweise haben wir nach harten verhandlungen wenigstens unsere anzahlung retour bekommen... durch die folgekosten (weil gerät beschädigter als vorher) dennoch ein minus-geschäft gemacht.
also: hände weg!
never again!!
have a laptop there for repair,
3x the wrong parts were ordered
and finally we got the device back damaged (and unrepaired !!!) back ... graciously we got after hard negotiation at least our deposit back ... due to the consequential costs (because it is damaged than before) nevertheless a minus business ,
so: hands off!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kann ich nicht empfehlen. Hat es nach Wochen nicht geschafft eine Tastatur eines Laptopes zu wechseln. Am Schluß hat er den Akku beim laufenden Laptop herausgenommen und uns einen nicht funktionierenden Laptop gebracht. Kommentar er sei sicher nicht schuld, wir hätten zuvor schon was gemacht gehabt. Wir brachten den Laptop nachher zu echten Profis, zahlen mehr aber die hatten den noch retten können. Also nie wieder zu Geschäften deren Wissen 10 Jahre hinterherhinken.
I can't recommend it. Didn't manage to change a keyboard on a laptop after weeks. In the end he took out the battery while the laptop was running and brought us a non-working laptop. Comment he was certainly not to blame, we had done something before. We brought the laptop to real professionals afterwards, but they paid more, but they were able to save it. So never again to businesses whose knowledge is 10 years behind.
