Er hat überprüft, wo das Problem lag, hat super informiert, ist sofort aktiv geworden und hatte schon einiges an Aufwand. Als er dann festgestellt hat, dass noch ein weiteres Problem besteht, das er nicht mehr beheben kann (keine Ersatzteile mehr verfügbar), hat er selbst für seinen bereits entstandenen Aufwand nichts in Rechnung gestellt. Hut ab! Dienstleistung at it´s best! Volle Empfehlung!!!
Fast, reliable and trustworthy. Of course professional and friendly! I came to Mr. Weitz with my old MacBook. He checked where the problem was, gave great information, took immediate action and had a lot of effort. When he then discovered that there was another problem that he could no longer fix (no spare parts available), he did not charge anything for the effort he had already incurred. Hats off! Service at it's best! Full recommendation !!!
