Der Anruf: Selten angetroffene Kompetenz bereits bei der ersten Person die das Telefon abhebt. Zuerst denkt man… ja die Sekretärin wird mich jetzt verbinden. Nichts die junge Chefin kennt sich aus, da kommen die Informationen mit 300 Bar durch die Leitung, mit einer unglaublichen Freundlichkeit und Sympathie!!! Nach der Beratung und mehreren Informationen, habe ich mich entschieden einen Kompressor zu kaufen. Die Abholung: Eine kleine, saubere und aufgeräumte Firma mit einer überschaubaren Anzahl an Angestellten die ebenfalls freundlich sind und einen sofort begrüßen. Der Chef, ein bodenständiger und zugleich weltgewandter Typ, hat mir den Kompressor genauestens erklärt (das ist auch nötig gewesen) und zugleich die Anlagen gezeigt die gerade für große Einsätze gebaut werden (sehr Interessant!) Die Übergabe fühlte sich an wie der Kauf eines Neuwagens! Das Produkt: Es war die richtige Entscheidung! Und ich weiß, sollte mal eine Dichtung flöten gehen oder ich eine Frage haben, bin ich wieder gut beraten. Der Kompressor leistet das was versprochen wurde und macht den Eindruck als könnte er dies noch für Jahrzehnte. Danke für alles, habe nicht täglich aber bei jeder Benutzung Freude, weil alles perfekt funktioniert!!! LG Florian After an initial search for compressed air online, I ended up here. An absolute hit! After the advice and information, I decided to buy a compressor. The pick-up: A small, clean and tidy company with a manageable number of employees who are also friendly and greet you immediately. The boss, a down-to-earth and at the same time cosmopolitan guy, explained the compressor to me in great detail (that was also necessary) and at the same time showed me the systems that are currently being built for large-scale operations (very interesting!). The handover felt like buying a new car ! The product: It was the right decision! And I know, should a poem ever go whistle or I have a question, I am well advised again. The compressor does what was promised and gives the impression that it will be able to do this for decades to come.
