Die Stunden werden von kompetenten Lehrern geleitet, die individuell auf die Schüler eingehen. Jede Stunde wird durch ihre angenehme Art, Musik, Kreativität und der richtigen Mischung aus Entspannung und „get out of your Comfort Zone“ zu etwas ganz Besonderem! Very nice, small studio with a family atmosphere and good public access. The lessons are led by competent teachers who respond individually to the students. Every hour becomes something very special with its pleasant way, music, creativity and the right mix of relaxation and "get out of your comfort zone"!

Besonders mag ich Yoga für Männer! A friendly, family yoga studio. Always happy to come to Sandra in the hours - they are incredibly balancing, pleasurable and relaxing. I especially like yoga for men!

Auch die Online-Klassen sind sehr zu empfehlen! Totally great yoga studio in the 2nd district. Everyone is welcome and the yoga classes are taught with a lot of humor and joy! The online classes are also highly recommended!
